To get better acclimated, Jamie, Owen and I when up to Brainard Lake to do some snowshoeing. We did a bit less than three miles. Nice rolling terrain. Elevation about 10,500' to 10,800'. Not quite what we will be facing. We didn't feel any altitude and kept a fast pace which was nice. This should help a bit with the acclimatization.
